Our custom sauce recipe was voted Best Sauce, and our ribs were voted Best Ribs by a panel of judges at the 2008 Ribs 'n' Soul Festival held annually in August at Hart Plaza in Detroit. We also won the 2006 Westland Culinary Excellence Award for our dry rub slow smoked pulled pork sandwiches.
The Dinner Club is an e-mail that contains food items we're currently cooking. Everything is priced a la cart, and it’s a great option for an easy dinner after a long day's work.
