Our food catering service isn't the only thing that brings people back for more of our delicious hickory smoked BBQ meats. We also cater to the needs of our customers. We do this with a professionally licensed and insured crew, and a friendly, fun approach. Of course, it doesn't hurt to have a secret BBQ sauce, our own special recipes, and a load of tasty side dishes.

Mark, 10/26/08, Tailgate Party My friend Lynne was out yesterday and told me about her tailgate. She said, "the food was AMAZING and everyone had a great time." I am glad it worked out so well. They were very pleased. I can’t wait until our next tailgate.

Lynne, 10/27/08, Tailgate Party OMG, was SO good. We laughed so hard getting it back to our tailgate with our favorite bottle collector. The food was SO good that everyone was chanting "Lynne, Lynne, Lynne". After the game we went back to someone’s house and pigged out on leftovers, and some people in our group were planning on having it again on Sunday. Only disappointing thing was that my bottle of "Soul Sauce" got confiscated at the airport! Thank you so much, and I can’t wait for next year!

Always glad to work with a professional as you certainly are. Hope I get to be there in person for the next event. I am trying to get my health back into competition ability, and hopefully, I can come back on to the circuit for a few last hurrahs, maybe next year.
