We booked Hickory BBQ in December for an August backyard wedding and we are so glad we did. From the moment we sampled their foods at our tasting in December we were hooked. The bride and groom often spoke of their excitement for the BBQ at their wedding even months in advance. Michelle and Dale are great people to work with. Michelle was on top of all the coordinating of contracts that I never felt I would miss a thing. She was very patient with my frequent emails and helped with the final coordination of the menu. Dale was on site a day in advance with his smoker and finalized the day timeline. I could not have asked for a better catering/service experience. I highly recommend Hickory BBQ and Grill.
