We used Hickory BBQ & Grill to cater our wedding and they did not disappoint! Michelle was a total joy to work with throughout the entire process. We had so many people come up to us during and after our wedding and compliment the food! They have a huge selection to pick from but we ended up going with the pulled pork, chicken, hash brown casserole, mac & cheese and garden salad. They brought their own food truck and prepared everything on site. They also provided servers, so guests didn't have to worry about clearing plates. If you are looking for a BBQ caterer for your wedding, look no further! I promise you will not regret it!

They catered my daughter's baby shower. Food was delicious! They were SO easy to work with; always prompt responses when I had questions. Food was delivered exactly on time and people are still asking me who catered it!. We also needed some gluten free options. I'm always a little anxious the first time I order gluten free from anyone but they were very knowledgeable about the ingredients of what they serve. The gluten free dishes were as delicious as everything else and now I know they are safe to order from. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Used them for the wedding. Now not only was the food amazing and everyone raved about how that was one of their favorite parts, the staff made my wife super happy. This is why. My wife is a celiac. She cannot digest gluten and it is an auto immune disease. It was so hard to find food wedding food that is gluten free. So we talked to Hickory BBQ because we had their food at some other events. Not only did they do gluten free food, they cleaned everything and used new tools to make sure there was no cross contamination. Not only was my wife and I happy with the quality and the service, we were stuffed at our wedding. You hear the horror stories about the bride and groom starving, but they made sure everyone was fed and we had so many leftovers to take home. 100% would recommend this to anyone for a big party.

We hired Hickory BBQ for my son's wedding. I thought the food was amazing. But even better was how many guests stopped me, my wife, every family member I have and told us that this was the best BBQ they have ever eaten. We had brisket, pulled pork, mac and cheese, and baked beans. Every one of the dishes was outstanding. Michelle was amazing to work with in the pre-wedding planning so that the catering was the least stressful part of the wedding planning.
